Maintenance Technician

Overview

We are seeking Maintenance Technicians for various opportunities at an innovative manufacturing plant in Smyrna, TN. Openings are accessible on different shifts and will concentrate on either manufacturing machinery OR building/utilities systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify, fix, and uphold manufacturing OR building equipment.
• Carry out scheduled and anticipatory maintenance.
• Determine mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls problems.
• Sustain building systems such as HVAC, compressors, pumps, piping, chillers, sewage, and electrical devices.
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders utilizing CMMS platforms.
• Abide by all safety guidelines and promote a secure, collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with scheduled and restorative maintenance.
• Capacity to interpret electrical/mechanical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with CMMS or digital work order systems.
• Desirably, adaptable with regard to shifts.
