Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Technician Lead to join our team in Brown Deer, WI. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing automation projects and providing technical expertise to ensure efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of automation technicians to complete projects on time and within budget
• Develop and implement automation solutions to improve manufacturing processes
• Troubleshoot and repair automation equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of all automation projects and modifications
• Train and mentor junior technicians on automation best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in automation design and implementation
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
