PROJECT MANAGER / Site-Superintendent
New Custom-Home Construction

LOCATION: Wytheville, VA !

Compensation: $100K+ PER YEAR (including Salary DOE; Bonus per Home; Auto/Phone allowance; plus additional benefits (PTO, Healthcare Insurance, 401(k); etc)

A Local single-family Home Builder with a small-business vibe but comprehensive company support team to assist employees with daily tasks on a local level.

They operate in 50 locations spanning 11 states and collaborate directly with local customers to construct unique homes within various price ranges.

Your Responsibilities:

• Excessive communication with clients to ensure maximum satisfaction
• Managing construction sites from the hand-off of design, to subcontractor selection & contract negotiation, to ensuring safety and final inspection & Certificate of Occupancy.
• Controlling budgets and overseeing project expenses.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have experience in new/initial residential construction
• Overseeing multiple projects (8+ on average) simultaneously
• Requirements include a 4+ year history of successful site management & project leadership in New Home Construction.
• Candidates should possess strong team-building skills & exceptional communication capabilities with clients/homeowners.
