Maintenance Technician - Facilities

Overview

We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for various opportunities at a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Smyrna, TN. Openings are available on different shifts to assist with maintaining equipment such as chillers and compressed air systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and upkeep facility machinery.
• Execute scheduled maintenance tasks and anticipate potential issues.
• Manage facility systems such as HVAC, air compressors, pumps, pipes, chillers, wastewater, and electrical devices.
• Document work orders and maintenance procedures using computerized systems.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a secure, collaborative work atmosphere.

Requirements

• Background in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of preventive and reactive maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Prior experience with CMMS or similar work order platforms.
• Ability to work various shifts is desirable.
