Searching for an innovative and hands-on Chief Executive Officer to guide and expand our real estate client as if it were your own. You will be responsible for the company’s overall performance, growth, and financial results.

Primary responsibilities include:

– Crafting the strategic direction for the company and leading the execution of short and long-term strategies

– Making influential decisions on new offerings, collaborations, partnerships, and other growth initiatives

– Directly supervising a small team of managers overseeing various departments such as operations, marketing, finance, HR, etc.

– Monitoring budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring effective financial management

– Acting as the spokesperson for the company and managing external partnerships and relationships

– Cultivating an ownership culture and inspiring the team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

-10+ years of experience in multi-family real estate
